It also aims to strengthen the application of information technology in all medical examination and treatment facilities, towards administrative reform and reducing overcrowding at hospitals as well as the use of electronic medical records to form smart hospitals. The third goal is to enhance the application of information technology in health management, develop an electronic office system, public service portal and electronic one-stop information system on administrative procedures.
